The area is ideal for all types of visitors. If you enjoy a good walk you have England’s longest national trail virtually on your doorstep. This coastal path stretches along 630 miles of spectacular coastline and is connected with a network of walks inland.

The North Coast of Cornwall is renowned for its superb surfing. We recommend Gwithian Beach which provides consistent and good quality waves. It caters for all levels as the waves tend to be smaller at one end and gradually get bigger the further you go towards Godrevy. If you are an adrenalin junkie why not try out the kite buggies here. This is an ideal place with a great expanse of beach at low tide.
St Ives
The neighbouring town of St Ives is easily accessible by bus or train. Enjoy a relaxing trip there by train, possibly one of the most picturesque and scenic ways to arrive in St Ives. The town is an ideal place to meander around with a delightful maze of streets and alleys. Relax for a coffee or a bite to eat in one of the many cafes’s, restaurants and bars. The Eden Project
